Keyword: non-binding. No risk. No legal commitment. This is why it's possible for SRN to keep bringing out MOUs to no end. This also gives the incentive for certain people to use such MOUs to go on business trips without actually coming to an actual agreement with the other party involved. Bring out an MOA and maybe things will be a little different, because at that point there is something that actually has to be done from a legal aspect. Until then, it's all pure hope and speculation.
But I still wish holders good luck. As I've stated before, 1c might still be possible from here. But man does the management do so little to bring confidence to investors.
