They got some balls for even saying that because even if they say that's what it's going to they can ultimately spend the money on what ever they want. There working capital may even be 1.2mil at the end of it all. The fact that they still want to spend $250k on Buena vista project is a joke because what even else is there to do. Looks like they are just slowly kicking the rock down the street
