g'day sisyphus, neither directed at you or rhetorical - just ramblings I suppose! I'm confident enough to have bought up at these lower SP's and will wait in anticipation for further announcements before the 23/4 (allowing for the public holidays and bank delta etc). I keep coming back to the fact that the MD and Chairman have already stated that they are taking up their (significant) allotments. However I do agree that it seems that the cart is before the horse with regards to scoping study and capital raising.
