re: Ann: Extension of Offer Period re Takeove... I am a small shareholder of CBH from Europe.
At present, I am not sure whether to accept Toho's offer. On the other hand, when I do not accept it and Toho will acquire my share under compulsory acquisition, the the only disadvantage will be: ".....you will be paid later than other CBH shareholders who accept the offer."
In other words and when my understanding is correct, when I wait and do no accept the offer, I also will get 0,24 AUD but only a certain period later.
