    If I may ask, why are you not accepting the offer? Do you believe you could get a higher price after the offer period expires? If Toho have 50%plus of the company, I do not know why it would offer to pay a higher price for the remaining shares as it already has a controlling interest. Genuine question.

    There are buyers on the ASX for the shares at 24c. Surely they are only buying on behalf of Toho, aren't they?
