Lame excuse that the us election affected the capital raising when other asx tech companies are oversubscribed in their raise. All they gotta do is be honest that their aqusistion along with the board are a bunch of toxic dogs

Share price would just get nuked to 1c after relisting at 10c. Fooled suckers once not fooling anyone, not even Hong Kong investors
