The capital raise should be put on hold until the outcome of the 249D is determined. All they are doing by proceeding is showing the contempt they have for smaller shareholders. It may be an unlikely outcome (according to some) but what if the 249D succeeded and as stated by them we do not need to undertake such a large raise?
