An extension of 10 business day, maybe because of the lack of take-up in the SPP or probably because investors procrastinate until the last day
Interestingly in the prospectus, a couple things to note is that they plan on spending on exploration at San Jorge. I'll assume it's an absolute given that DD on the brine acquisition will follow soon but most of the cash will go towards exploration for gold and silver. Just what we want.
Also, David Mason and Brian Moller are taking up their full allocation while Nick Mather is taking up part of his allocation, although some of it is part of debt conversion. Nevertheless, it's definitely good to see the faith by management.
