Absolutely useless announcement!!!
When it dropped down to the mid $3's that wasn't considered a good price to buy back?
Announcements like this followed by not buying back at ridiculously low prices merely forecasts to potential investors the company does not think it's good value at those prices!
If you make an announcement like this buy some f$%^&ing shares!
