The company expects SP to be a lot higher in 6 months as they are lining things up.
Workers will be aware of what is going on at the coal face on the factory floor.

As I have said before, Staff are Staff because they dont have heaps of money sitting in the bank ready to buy shares.

This gives them time to set up finance to buy shares.
And maybe sell 1/10th of them and own them freehold.

Make no mistake.
That 6 months is a very big clue as to where the company is at."
