So I reckon the company hasn't publicised the actual process to apply for these options as well as they could have, but anyone, even non-holders, can apply for BRKOBs at 0.001 by following the link on the company website and getting an application form PDF, or even easier applying online via second link below:

Quite remarkable there are bids on BRKOB at 0.002 when you can apply for options at 0.001!
