The biggest red flag about Scotty is not that he is totally delusional or spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of shareholder funds on travelling to 'network' in conferences all around the world, but the fact that he makes over half a mil in total compensation (in a company that's worth less $15m) and he does not put his money where his mouth is. The Galan board (GLN) recently chipped in with hundreds of thousands of dollars with their own money (!) to support the development of their South-American Li asset in the past couple of CRs. In the same time, the BSX board has put down absolutely nothing in the past 2 rounds of CR.

BSX board, why do you expect us to provide the company with more capital when even you don't believe in your own project and strategy? At least not enough, to invest your own money into it.
