    My guess is management needed money and quick. They didn't want to dilute heavily, hence the loan which they probably have oversight that they will pay back quickly.

    If Brio took a $1 million again (guessing) and management took $150k then just 350k for the weak hand sophs. My guess is once people realise this supply
    will be short lived and the price will climb back quickly. News would help. All IMO.
