It would be interesting to see the sxy independent valuation report. I hope the report is released well before the motion of acceptance is put to the SHs. As is usually the case, most valuation provide a range and sxy offer would most likely fall at the bottom end of valuation but still considered fair....what a load of BS. I hope I am wrong on this occasion.
