I am sure they all will be surprised at the resistance of us lowly Retail SH's.....

I sent mine at the very first announcement that was made public, to ID. And within a day or two I received a phone call from the CFO and I explained my outrage and many other SH's displeasure at our BOD selling out our company for a measly $4.60 = $0.575cents in the old money!
The long-suffering & older SH's would be losing money with this!!

Please send emails into the company....even if you don't know the proper email address....Start with the Chair.... [email protected]
