TAS announced a non-renounceable 1:1 offer at $0.004 today that closes end of July. TAS do not propose to take up the CNJ offer.

Unclear where the Solomons are on CNJ rights but no news on CNJ front or GSR side on MTJV scoping study is a concern.

CNJ have an ability to place the rights shortfall to whom ultimately we don't know.

Bottom line is that CNJ can withdraw the offer and likely go into a trading halt pending a restructure or there is emergence of a new substantial entity that takes up control > 20% by taking up the shortfall and then replacing the BOARD ......

..... who knows??? / they are not telling shareholders anything !!! it could go either way here ... DYOR & GLTAH.
