Hi Deedee.
I am a long time holder of TNG (now TVN).
Under Burton's leadership at TNG, there were so many MOU'S signed, I lost count.
He was great at MOU'S. Kept the shareholders satisfied that progress was being made. It certainly
took the focus off the fact that all his timeline to production statements were so miserably wrong.
(not to mention more).

Just be sure that you understand that MOU'S are not a binding contract.
Study his tenure at TNG carefully.
He left it in a real mess IMHO
Good management is critical, has he miraculously now got what it takes?

Ps Wonder why he never bought shares in TNG with his own money?
