If anything, in hindsight the extension was a great thing considering the current poor market sentiment.
I'm quietly confident that once the funding risks are out of the way, the current focus toward sustainable energy will pull SHE forward.
This is based on my own research and understanding of the market.
The big issue with Fossil Fuels is not the cost, but rather the environmental damage and that is what is important to have under control.
