Have been Shareholder for many years yet never actually received this Prospectus (or maybe it was just accessible online to avoid expensive printing costs which is good...) but mainly the offer letter never arrived?
Got the original letter months ago saying they would change their name & advising they would send the offer out but have actually never received any mail since...didn't have any spare cash before Xmas to partake but have sold some other Shares now so could opt in for more as do believe the Protean model is worth backing.
Is Link Market Services still handling things for them & is there any Bpay option on the form...or did others not receive it..?
