Get this "Discount on acquisition" == If the fair values of identifiable net assets exceed the sum calculated above, the excess amount (i.e. gain on a bargain purchase, disclosed as Discount on Acquisition) is recognised in profit or loss immediately.
Hang on a minute, not even cash flow +ve but some how realised a profit from said "bargain acquisition" - this sounds like utter bollocks to me !!
