It’s to enable international investors to obtain regulatory investment approval. There is for example a UK listed company due to receive 3% of the Reset Stock. I’m guessing they would need UK market regulatory approval to invest into psychedelics. UK listed companies can’t for example invest in recreational cannabis ventures.
