Is it too much to expect a detailed run down on what has happened (maybe with a few dates) just to clarify at what stage we are at and what further there is to do. There are posters on this forum who have pointed out a similar lack of action for a good number of years from this company. Some detailed communication from the company would go a long way to ease the concerns of shareholders and at the same time would give them something to base a decision to invest or not in the current new issue. It strikes me as being very counterproductive that such a communique is not forthcoming despite it being obvious to management that the shareholders are not willingly stumping up more cash - thus the need to extend the closing date. Short of an announcement stating that the NOI is with the regulatory authorities, or a sale of another part of the company, I cannot see any resolution to this impass and the raising will not meet its targets. Communication is king.
