Given the 2nd extension of the closing date ( and who knows if this will be the last extension) presumably because there is a general lack of participation, then couple this with KOR management reading HC postings which often exude extreme frustration at lack of solid news on the progress of the permitting/NOI with what to me at least seems an open-ended timeline to completion.... then for the life of me I can't understand if management want this CR to be successful why no such news is forthcoming. How long does it take to put a paragraph or two together when asking for more funds.
