A flurry of comments just after the raising was announced uniformly requested some substance (in particular, NOI progress and metallurgy testing results ) that would encourage holders to invest more. The response from the company has been deafening silence. Posters indicated they made formal approaches to the company that have been met similarly with a deaf ear. IMO this is discourteous. Holders will be reluctant to commit further unless encouraged either by demonstrated progress or information suggesting progress is imminent. It would have been so easy to put out a page of update. We can only wonder what difference that would make but my offer documents are in last weeks recycling
