Dear Andrej,
Shareholders have had over 5 weeks to consider whether to participate in the Rights Issue. The fact that the company keeps extending the closing date, (which is obviously due to a lack of uptake from existing holders), is a clear sign that many have already made up their mind and decided that they will not be participating.
