Randy, they set the rights issue price when the shares were probably around 6 tenths of a cent. Not many observers quite believed it would fall to one tenth, but such is the level of credibility of CLZ.
Thet got little chance getting the rights issue away unless they organize someone to take them up. They been doing this 'smoke and mirrors' behaviour for a very long time.
Some ignorant people just take them up , not looking at the share price, but only a small percentage of people are that foolish
