CLZ announced this cap raise, not long after the consolidation of 50/1.
Shareholders were surprised because they had already announce this 60 million dollar AuResources deal (allegedly) binding agreement , Long time watchers were suspicious as to , why they needed this 2 million , if they got 15 million coming , then 45 million later? The first payment of which they 'claimed' was delayed & they 'claim' to have only received 100k of to date.
They still haven't yet announced the payment of the Forestania balance of 300k.
They look desparate to get their hands on the 2 million from the cap raise - but that is far from a certainty at this time , for the reasons stated above.They stated in the just released quartely , they will advise the market if/when they receive it .
It is interesting how the cap raise has been extended again- I wonder if the two are connented? They are always desparate for money to keep this shite show running & to pay Deano's 500k per year salary
