I did mine electronically. Even within WA, I wouldn't want to rely on Aust Post where timing is concerned.
The bottom line is Aust Post* are running a loss on Letter deliveries. So they "lie flat".

Of course the co's. know this, so even a tiny company like CVR provides the option of doing it electronically.

All IMVHO.
* I would remove the Aust. from the name. We don't need any further embarrassment on the country name, more than we're seeing from the politicians and demonstrators (of all stripes, though that's what most of them deserve).
