we can but hope for efficacy but with no side effects. That will turn most heads. And this step brings forward any efficacy signals by the amount Hottod eluded to. Of course, we may yet get efficacy from the first dose of 75ug, but if not, this gives us the best and earliest chance we have had since the trials started and now it is earlier. I cant work out when that would be but it’s about 3 months earlier, but we will have had 2 doses as well, so….. its a big step for PYC if indeed it brings fwd measurable efficacy. Very Big.
