The maximum offers I saw @ 0.001 today was 1.5B, current list shows 1.12B, obviously excluding Chi-x, but it showed just over 1.4B prior to 4pm.
People panicked this morning, but I'd be fairly confident there are people poised to buy back on the slightest whiff of the 0.001 line clearing/good news coming. But rather than speculating and bashing, let's just see what happens.
