Why is it so hard to think it could be possible that JL bought in the SPP to show he was interested in buying, so when the offer price drops to 0.001, he can buy more and not be excessively scrutinised for insider buying.
JL: “Market dropped to 0.001 before we had full results ready to announce and I thought it was a bargain”.
Company directors ALWAYS have inside information when they buy; they have the best ongoing snapshot of anyone. He’s not going to get pinned for insider trading simply because he bought into market weakness, on a day/days following a huge RED market day, seeming ‘justifying’ the drop.
As I said, let’s just wait and see what exactly happens; we are doing nothing but speculating right now.
