Why wouldn't shareholders want to take up the SPP to buy in at 0.00085 only to sit at the back of the very long queue to sell at .001 and most likely not be able to sell out before the next consolidation when their shares fall in value well below the bargain price of .00085??
Perhaps CLZ should just instead be marketing their SPP as a tax loss generating scheme
