Care to link to these rules you're referncing for why they would delay news to the public when they have previously set those dates as completion points for stages of this project? Or are you still just making things up? I notice you don't often respond to legitimate questions and when you do, generally turn to petty insults over any substance in the comment. But Im always happy for a person to prove me wrong.
