Sorry - saw it on a newslink but now behind the paywall. If I can find againI'll post. Essentially was saying that an owner of about a third of the company was trying to stop the capital raise by the main guy and son that would result in a dilution of his share and tip the balance. My rough summary only! Said the info for capital raise left that out but the cap raise still went ahead, although may not have been fully subscribed. The Cap Raise was to cover the first payment of the purchase of Gumtree and other online thingies. All my summary - DYOR.
