"Who else is buying $5.1B of FMG stock annually, please explain. Is there someone else bigger?" – I don't quite understand what you mean by this question. But I can state categorically that before today FMG had not bought one single share on the market this calendar year. If they'd bought $5 billion in shares on the market that would be awesome, but during 2020 it wasn't even $5.
"Is there someone else bigger?" – CBA, ANZ, NAB, WBC... all of whom could be trading FMG on market.
Notices are issued daily, before open on the next day.
"now are starting to do so again" – they might be... but they have made no commitment to do so, only reserved the right to do it.
Let's wait a week and see if they start buying before we start making wild statements about what would make FMG the "biggest" on the market.
