- SPP closes 5.00 PM on Friday
- any shortfall to $2.4m target placed (at the discretion of the Board) within a few days after SPP close
- $3m Director loan also in place
- $2.45m cash on hand prior to above amounts being raised
- therefore potentially $7.85m cash in hand early November.
- sufficient to achieve March 2023 Alpha PFS plus continuation of Geothermal investigations.
Expect positive announcements to commence in November !
