I got sucked in by (without prejudice) the promotions, of all these customers which they had.
I take full responsibility for my lack of DD before investing.
Once I listened to all of these videos from Amos, I started to feel rather uncomfortable about the whole thing.
He comes across as very pushy, the interviewers could not get a word in edgeways.
The further I looked, the less I liked.
I emailed the company, with no response. Another black mark.
I became suspicious about the huge number of staff, which made no sense to me. When you are building up a business, as I know.
You do it slowly, gradually increasing the no of staff as the clientele grows. Originally it sounded as if MasterCard was one of their top clients, I actually contacted them and no this is misleading as ONE CLIENT had signed up with Way2Vat using the MasterCard.
ONE CLIENT for heavens sake. What were all this 60 members of staff worldwide, plus offices in Whitehall if you please, actually doing? If you are not aware Whitehall is about the most expensive real estate in London. Think 10 Downing Street!
Why were none of the other Directors interviewed?
So, I cut and run. I personally lost quite a lump of money, but as a caring person I cannot see any progress whatsoever, in fact I feel that it goes from bad to worse.
If Amos, put up some photos of these offices, complete with staff. Addressed shareholders concerns, I am pretty sure he must read this thread. Then perhaps people would regain confidence.
So, because I continue to feel rather alarmed, I come back to this thread.
I have never done this before on a share which I have held.
So read into my post what you will.
This post is all imo and I would be elated to see progress and explanations. You never know, perhaps I could even be persuaded to invest again.
