    Why do you think the SPP was extended?

    errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..maybe .because the SPP is at 5.1c and you can buy on market for 2.9c therefore they know they won't raise 1c ???

    Now I know this is a really wild and '' out there'' theory but hey...who knows?..I might be right
