I think most of investors are taking the same stance. The CR is probably woefully undersubscribed.
Worst thing about the CR is that MXC can't get anyone to lend them any cash so MXC has to hand out the begging bowl to shareholders- and the current death spiral financing arrangements in place are pointing to a future disaster.
Not sure where MXC can go from here.
