Indeed.
At this stage any promise of "hey a new contract for $10m" hardly seems like something you'd bank on. 3DP need to either (a) show us the revenue or cash flow, or (b) make some big deals in new markets.
It can't just be some vague announcement of maybe $X over 10 years.
I don't buy "there's an announcement coming". I think it's "we are undersubscribed, let's extend and hope for the best", as if sentiment will magically change in the next week or two. I hope I'm wrong.
