Funny thing is that the AGM presso also only assumes the $5M from the placement in the proforma cash balance and excludes the $1M from the SPP.
With the selling pressure to date and current share price, it is also highly unlikely any rationale retail investors would take up the SPP.Makes you wonder what is even the point for extending the SPP timeline...???
