It is delusional, a Hail Mary pass; at Pointerra SH's (deluding ourselves, complicit!) thought it must mean that an announcement was in the offing, so an extension gave time for it to be released and make the SPP attractive. Spoiler alert: there wasn't.
Just the blind hope that people will suddenly think they have too much money and will trust this mob with their hard earned, over buying on market.
