If that is the case all good for BUB. However, you cannot continually go cap in hand to the market all of the time and BUB have a habit on doing this. This CR was not underwritten and now the price is 74 cents way of the CR of 80 cents. Management have all but made a cock up of this and could have funded the purchase of the manufacturing plant from current funds, waited a bit longer and then get into the vitamin thing.
This just reeks of poor management.
