Maybe because no one wanted to underwrite it. As said by others they go back to the market for a CR annually and that tells me its a company with shit management. At this point they should have enough funds and GP to stand alone. It was not that long ago that Carr said they do not need to do CR's. The vitamins, why would you go there before you get your house in order and embed your core business.
Next they will be selling bread and news papers.
