Hi Curious and Benz,
I am in agreeance with both of you. I think there are many positives and I do hope the SPP is fully subscribed.
I just think it was a bit ordinary announcing an extension on the morning of, what was to be, the last day of participation in the SPP.
In another thread, I mentioned, that I took advantage of a dip in share price and bought what was going to be my final purchase of HGO shares and forego taking part in the SPP. I went back to my meagre portfolio and pared it back even further, reducing holdings in companies that I've had a good run out of and that may be a bit on the overvalued side. I did this in time to allow the funds to be cleared and in my account so I could make the initial cut-off time. Waste of time.
I'm what you might call an UNsophisticated investor and a technological idiot. This stuff doesn't come easy to me. If I can have my money remitted in time, anyone can.
