Seems strange that they appear to be struggling to fill the allocation. I think a lot if people are confused about the offer and how options work as we saw in another thread discussing this.
Unless you're near the top of the queue at .005 you are very unlikely to get any shares at that price. With that being the case you can purchase on market for .006 or you can participate in the spp for .006. Same purchase price but you get options and pay no brokerage with the spp. No brainer IMO
I can't understand why anyone who is eligible for the spp would be buying on market at .006
