@GravityWaves please find me a SPP offer that does not mention the clause you have cherry picked. I am confident that their are none available as its a disclaimer all legal professionals would advise to have. Even blue chips offering a SPP would have the same warning, it's called the market every share has the risk of going down during a SPP or a CR.
Well at least my call on accumulation came to fruition. Today's action again shows no slowing down.
The extension to the SPP date would have to correspond to the lack of releasing the DFS. I believe this would have a material impact on people's decision to proceed with participating. Now SH can't complain that the expiry date was before significant announcement being made to market. I see this extension as a positive. Does not mean I would participate, still looking at my options and what the DFS reveals.
