Fair enough.
My gripe was that LP waived doing the normal required due diligence when acquiring
Torrington.Lack of experience ? The vendor laughed all the way to the bank.
A major reason why LP succeeded with the coup was he (LP)promised a 5 cent
capital return but later tried to renege on that promise. An outcry by other major
s/holders forced LP to keep the 5 cent CR.
AB was against the CR(until the dying moments of a critical s/holder meeting,as I understand it).
But hey all of this is history.
My recent post was supporting a meaningful clear out of current directors.
Irrespective it's obvious that cash on hand needs urgent bolstering.Not easy for
micro juniors at this team given current SP.
I still follow with interest.
