This SPP could have been better received if PTX has also offered a free option for say, every 2 shares applied for. For one, this would work as a great incentive for the shareholders to jump in. For another, it would also be a source of future capital injection when the options are exercised. Just like how IMU has done it with their SPP. After all, PTX will need more capital as it progresses, unless taken out before hand.
