True but at least PTX give retail shareholders a chance to participate in capital raising rather than giving it to the institutions. Having known they were going to unveil Cellpryme A at the Boston conference they could have timed the SPP better so that investors could consider the details of the announcement. I took up some of the SPP on Monday so that the funds would clear by today, but to be honest i would have liked to have listened to the webinar by Steve and Rebecca before i took it up, which they only ran yesterday.
